Details & Itinerary
The retreat will kick off with a beautiful welcome dinner prepared by a private Chef!
Each morning, you will receive a creative journaling prompt. We will then move through breath work, meditation, and gentle/restorative yoga designed to relax your body & mind and allow you to trust your voice while uncovering stories and feelings that belong to you. During the day, you will have plenty of time for quiet, private reflection in our gorgeous setting with unparalleled views, all while enjoying the camaraderie of like-minded women in a safe environment of sisterhood and tranquility.
On Saturday, we will provide transportation to 2 wineries and enjoy a beautiful dinner together. All other meals during the weekend will be provided as well, along with some wine!
